How Can We Help?
It’s an honor to serve you in Congress. As your representative, it’s my job to listen and do the best job that I can for Mainers like you. We’re working hard to deliver results for our state in Congress, but we’re also focused on helping individual folks every day. Our office doors and phone lines are always open to help Mainers resolve issues with federal agencies or programs.
We understand that working with the VA, Medicare, or Social Security can get frustrating or confusing at times. We can be your advocate and help cut through bureaucratic red tape.
Sam from Penobscot County contacted our office because he was having trouble accessing his Medicare benefits. We helped Sam expedite his Medicare enrollment with no penalty on his Part D, helping him get his medication and access affordable care. As Sam says, our staff “went out of their way to help me.”
We can help with other agencies too. Say you’re having trouble accessing your veteran’s benefits and the VA has been unresponsive. My office will work with you to get the attention and help you deserve to resolve the problem. Or if you’re having issues with the Social Security Administration, but you don’t know where to start looking for help, we’ll walk you through the right steps to take and continue to work with you through the process.
If you or someone you know is having trouble with a federal agency, fill out the casework webform on our website or call one of our offices. We’ll get back to you quickly!
I’m always looking for opportunities to hear from Mainers, and I’ll continue to meet folks out in their communities. Please feel free to stop by one of our offices to meet me and my staff and let us know if there is any way we can serve you. You can find them here:
