Golden Statement on Terrorist Attack in Israel

WASHINGTON — Congressman Jared Golden (ME-02) released a statement tonight following the terrorist attack that occurred in Jerusalem this evening in which a gunman shot and killed at least seven Israelis.
“There is no place for religious violence and hate in any community. And we must protect the United States and our allies from these deadly acts of extremism,”said Congressman Golden. “I condemn terrorist attacks anywhere they happen in the world and join the international community in mourning the innocent lives lost in Jerusalem today.”
