Member Designated Transportation & Infrastructure Projects (MDIP)
This Congress, the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure is taking requests from Members of Congress — as a part of a process distinct from Community Project Funding requests — for transportation and infrastructure projects that qualify.
Projects that qualify perTitle 23, U.S. Code, as well asChapter 53 of Title 49 of the U.S. Code, can apply.
Projects that are a part of theStatewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) or theTransportation Improvement Program (TIP) from Maine's Second District are eligible. If requested projects are not a part of these programs, additional information is required to ensure eligibility.
